Having a terrible time returning an item that arrived damaged ,
Have had to report issue to my creditor ,
Been trying for 2 weeks via email. Messenger and chat box ,
But no further forward,
Still no returns label and credit provider now want me to pay return costs on the item ,
I paid shipping duty and tax just to get it here,
No idea if i will ever see that back either,
Thanks motocard for a damaged item that will still cost me a bunch even if a refund is even possible,

Motocard is the only place I buy any motorcycle gear. They have the highest quality gear for unbelievable prices. Even with shipping prices to the US, huge savings. I only wear Dianese & they have a large selection. Just get your order right the first time so you don't have to pay for shipping on an exchange. They have put plenty of smiles on my face & I will be a customer for life!

I like that is the best price that you can find , in my origin country the product that I have bought from Motorcard are double the price .

The helmet was better than expected. As good as a helmet at twice the price.

I ordered one product wrong unintentionally from them and they helped me out a lot with returning the part and exchanging the other part. Great customer service and great products!

Motocard where is my purchase?
You sent me the wrong size helmet at the end of Nov 2022 to the wrong address (Billing address instead of shipping address).
The incorrect helmet was dropped off at the UPS drop off point on 07 Dec 2022 fast forward to 02 Feb 2023, and yet still following weekly emails in January to customer service nobody can tell me where the parcel is or when I am going to receive my new helmet??
Needless to say I would not recommend using this company

Huge variety of products!! Very easy site to use, people at call center are so friendly and delivery arrived around 10 days earlier!?Prices on products are one of the best if not the best! Everything I ordered size and conditions were perfect! I'm so happy that I discovered Motocard! ❤️

Pretty dreadful at deliveries to the UK. Orders just sit at processing for sometimes WEEKS and you don't get any updates and customer services is useless when needed too.

Best to pay a bit more and buy from a site that can properly fulfill orders that you place

I am very satisfied with the products you sell but, more important than the products is your atitude that made me trust your company.

They are not serious. I placed an order for a scorpion exo R1 helmet at a reduced price, which I paid, and after about 2 weeks they returned by email and informed me that it was no longer in stock and the house was in stock, but at a higher price. I cancelled the order.

Have now placed 3-4 orders from Motocard over the last year, and the service has always been impeccable. Shame that deliveries take so long, but in their defense, they do notify you of the ETA before purchasing. Their customer support service for returns and queries is also pretty good!
Those complaining about hidden delivery fees simply dont know how customs fees work. If you in the EU, Motocard is an excellent source of gear.

Bought a great pair of motorcycles leather trousers from Motocard at a good price only to be very surprised when there was a charge of over £90 to be delivered by UPS. They wouldn't leave the parcel until I handed over the cash.
Won't be using them again!
